After my excercise class, I'll go to Barnes & Noble and/or Borders to see if they carry the mag.

From: northern VA | posted: 4/22/2005 at 9:00:10 AM ET I forgot to check my favorite newsstand. They carry quite a few regional magazines. I buy the Washingtonian,New York,New Orleans, and Texas Monthly (fantastic magazine-even if I do leave TX,I'll continue reading it) if I'm interested, but never look at the Florida ones.

call the Vero Beach Book Center, at 1-888-READ-A-Book, and order it. It costs $5 plus mailing, probably an extra $5. I just ordered 3. I told Debbie, who handled the order, that I was a Bernadette fan and she said, well I'll tell her if she comes in.
I've just turned into an obsessive fan--oy!

From: Fla | posted: 4/22/2005 at 5:06:48 PM ET I'm glad it can be ordered without being in Florida, because I actually live in New York now! Which, of course, I'm thrilled about, but was very disappointed that I wasn't able to go to Miami for Bernadette's January concert.
And while I'm not exactly sure where Vero Beach is, I think it is quite a few hours from Miami, so I'm not sure the magazine would be on newsstands there anyway.
But thanks for thinking of me, Moljul! I know I don't post very often anymore, but I do lurk

Registered: 6/7/2003 | posted: 4/26/2005 at 12:21:07 PM ET My Vero Beach Magazine has just arrived. It has a long article, about 7 pages, with another picture of Bernadette and Michael and a few pictures that I've seen before, from Gypsy, Agyg, etc.
Just to whet your appetite:
She says that she first learned about Vero Beach from Armand Assante (The Odyssey) and had been looking to buy a home there for years.

From: northern VA | posted: 4/26/2005 at 2:32:01 PM ET A 7 page article? Wow! I wasn't expecting a long article. Regional magazines vary in length and quality,so I wasn't sure.
I'll have to wait until I get home to see if I have mine yet. I ordered from the magazine's office.
